Your CampusAccess Card is a great way to pay for everything from doing your laundry to paying for your textbooks at the IU Bookstore. But that's not all it does, your CampusAccess Card has some important Non-Debit uses as well.

Your CampusAccess Card is your:

• Official University Photo ID Card
  Your CampusAccess Card is your official Indiana University Photo ID. You can get your first ID free of charge* at the IMU, located on the Mezzanine Level next to Delights snack shop, or from the Campus Card Services Office located on the ground level in Eigenmann Hall at 1910 E. 10th St. Monday thru Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Short duration parking for Campus Card Services' visitors is available in the lot across Union Street (behind Eigenmann residence hall). Parking for "A" and "C" decal holders is available in the Ashton lot.

  To speed up the validation procedure, it is helpful to bring the following information when you come in to get your new card:

  • Students- photo identification, schedule confirmation, meal contract (if applicable). If requesting a name change, please bring a copy of the name change form from the Registrar.
  • Faculty- photo identification (name changes should first be processed through Faculty Records)
  • Staff- photo identification (name changes should first be processed through Human Resources)
  • Hourly Staff- photo identification and written authorization by department head on departmental letterhead that you are eligible for an ID card
  • Affiliate- photo identification and authorization/verification from appropriate department/agency. There is a $15 charge for an affiliate card.
