Recipes are the original creations of either the Bloomingfoods Deli or the Bloomingfoods Encore Café. The café also features Fair Trade coffee and tea from Equal Exchange. Fair Trade coffee is grown and harvested using sustainable methods; it also ensures that coffee growers, often from Third World countries, are paid a living wage.
