You can suspend your card IMMEDIATELY by visiting the Manage Your Account Page.
You may also report a lost or stolen card 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 855-8711 and following the instructions on the voice mail message. If you are calling during regular business hours, a customer service representative can suspend your card over the phone. Or you may leave our customer service representatives a message to suspend your card at the next available opportunity during normal customer service hours. Please be sure to spell your name and give your University ID number slowly to ensure that there is no confusion as to the correct cardholder.
Please Note: Leaving a voice mail message will NOT suspend your card immediately.
